What does Relocation Pro include?
While your subscription is active you can open the personalized report on any of your top-10 cities, and you get the full toolset: Budget Lab for your actual household, Delta mode against the city you live in now, up to 100 ranking factors, and stackable map filters. Your free top-10 ranking stays available either way.
What happens to my access if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, personalized city reports and the premium tools close, but your free top-10 ranking remains. Resubscribe anytime to reopen everything.
What if my payment fails — do I lose access immediately?
No. You have a grace period to update your payment method and we will email you with instructions. If the payment is not recovered by the due date your subscription ends and the personalized reports and tools close, but your free top-10 stays.
Is the report a live document or a snapshot?
A report is a snapshot — it captures your cities as scored at the time. The recurring value is the toolset: Budget Lab, Delta mode, 100 factors, and stackable filters that you use live while subscribed. We built the plan around the tools you keep using, not a document that changes under you.
What if I want to explore different answers?
Retake the 5-minute quiz to create a new profile — a different household size, a different origin city, different priorities. An active subscription opens the personalized report on every city for each of your profiles.
If I resubscribe after cancelling, what do I get back?
Everything reopens immediately: the personalized report on every one of your cities and the full toolset. Nothing is lost while you are away — your profiles and free top-10 are always there.
Can I share a subscription with my partner?
Subscriptions are tied to one account. Each person needs their own account and subscription. Household profiles (one subscription covering multiple people) are on our roadmap.
Why does my city page show different numbers than my report?
Personalized city pages show live data, so they reflect any updates we make to city information. A report you view is a snapshot of your ranking, so it stays stable. If the two differ, the city page is the more current view.

Yes — $14.99/month (launch price, normally $29.99). Your personalized report is permanent: even if you cancel, you keep access to your top 10 cities, Future Saturday, trade-off analysis, and Best season to arrive. The monthly fee unlocks the household-level Budget Lab and the unlimited explore tools.
Do I need to subscribe forever?
No. Most users subscribe for 1–3 months while actively researching, then cancel. Your report stays. Resubscribe later if you want to compare new cities or run another profile.
Can I change my answers?
During the diagnostic, you can go back to any question and change your answer before finishing. Once the quiz is complete, that profile is locked — to try different answers, run a new diagnostic. Each report covers one profile. Discover profiles are fully editable anytime.
What data sources do you use?
ERA5 climate reanalysis (hourly, 2015–2024) with CHIRPS and POWER bias correction, satellite and station air quality (WUSTL, OpenAQ, CAMS), OECD/Eurostat/WHO healthcare metrics, OpenStreetMap, GeoNames, GHSL, and AI-assisted analysis. All sources are cited on each city page.
